In an effort to decrease the amount of paper we use in our agency and with our clients, we are implementing more paper-lite processes. Account Managers and support staff are working to convert clients to receiving certificates via email instead of fax or mail. Also, annual policies are able to be delivered on a flash drive for clients who would prefer an electronic version over the bulk of the paper version. Finally, we are becoming more conscious of what we are printing at the office and are working electronically as much as possible!
