Assistant Processor 

Our office is seeking a team-oriented, well organized and task driven individual for our entry level Assistant Processing position.

We are looking for a candidate with the following experience and qualities:

  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail
  • 4-40 license or interest in becoming licensed
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently
  • Excellent time-management and phone skills
  • Extraordinary work ethic
  • AMS360 and/or Worksmart/Image Right experience is a plus

The Assistant Processor will work directly with the Commercial Lines and Personal Lines Processing Team and Account Managers.  This position will also be cross-trained with our Corporate Greeter for reception duties each day (afternoon, lunch and breaks).


Commercial Lines Account Manager

Primary Responsibilities:

The Account Manager will work in support of the Sales Agent (Producer).  The primary focus of their support will be in assisting the Sales Agent in servicing his/her book of business.  This opening is in our Commercial Lines division.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Active 4-40 License required, 2-20 License preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience and demonstrated success in a client/customer relationship management role, in Commercial Lines is required
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and ability to prioritize and  multi-task
  • Strong organizational skills to include strong attention to detail required
  • Must have strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to handle client issues with professionalism, and a high sense of urgency
  • Strong follow-up skills and the ability to meet deadlines a must
  • Computer skills to include general knowledge of e-mail/internet, word processing and agency management systems – use of AMS360 and ImageRight preferred but not required.

Education/Certifications:

  • High school diploma required; some college experience preferred

Personal Lines Account Manager

Our office is seeking a team-oriented and client-focused Personal Account Manager. We offer a professional environment with a strong culture of team member enrichment through continuing education, in-house skills training and a proven record of providing the opportunity of advancement to those with aptitude and initiative. We take our client and team responsibilities seriously, but we also have fun.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 440 or 2-20 license required
  • 3 to 5 years of personal lines sales experience
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently
  • Excellent time-management, extraordinary work ethic and phone skills
  • Ability to cross-sell to existing and new clients
  • Experience with online rating with carriers such as Safeco, Nationwide, Travelers and Auto-Owners as well as most of the major homeowners and auto carriers is a plus.
  • AMS360 and/or Worksmart/Image Right experience preferred but not required

Education/Certifications:

  • High school diploma required; some college experience preferred
